My husband and I loved our vacation on Anna Maria Island in Mangoes on Magnolia! We pulled up on the first day and did not get back into our car until we left. We walked to everything, beaches, shopping, and restaurants. One of our favorite experiences was walking to Captain Anthony’s, a local fisherman, to pick up some fresh snapper, tuna, fish dip and mango salsa. It was heavenly! The kitchen is updated in an open floor plan and it was wonderful to use during our stay. We loved spending our time at the beach and in the pool. This place is perfect for a relaxing and charming vacation; we will be back again for sure!

Was pleasantly surprised when arrived, lots of space to store our gear, plenty of space and rooms inside which are more comfortable than most hotels. Comfy furniture, lovely, large kitchen, a storage room, laundry room and outdoor, private pool. Highly recommend this place. I know we’ll be back.

We are so very pleased with the home Mangoes on Magnolia. Clean, well equipped, and the perfect location for us. We loved the pool and the hot tub. The laundry was a godsend. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen modern and efficient. Our rental company was top notch and we were pleased with our dealings with them. Looking forward to next year.

I stayed at the house with friends in early December. The weather was perfect and the house was lovely – new kitchen and open floor plan – and the spa and pool made it a perfect stay. A short walk to the Gulf as well as to Tampa Bay – great for watching sunrises and sunsets. Also a short walk to the shopping on Pine Street and to nearby restaurants. The AMI trolley was right outside of Ginny & Jane E’s which took us all over the island. No car needed! Enjoyed dinner at the walkable Sign of the Mermaid and The Waterfront Restaurant. Great house in a great location on the beautiful North End of the island. Will be back.

Memorable vacation! Mangoes on Magnolia was literally a paradise! My boyfriend and I stayed towards the end of August, when school had started, so it was very peaceful. We very much enjoyed the beach, which is only two blocks away and came back home golden! On the opposite side of the island we enjoyed dinner, and watched the lightening in the bay. It only rained once during our stay, and even that was beautiful! The house had everything we needed, we cooked and lounged like we were right at home. The backyard is great, equipped with BBQ and pool and spa!! Everything was so perfect! Would absolutely love to go again!!

Fabulous location on the beautiful north end of Anna Maria Island. Lovely days starting with a walk to the Gulf. Back to Ginny and Jane E’s for brunch. A swim in the pool followed by relaxing in the spa. A walk to a nearby restaurant for dinner and then music at Harry’s. Great house with open floor plan. Had everything we needed. A great time and will be back.

We had a lovely trip to AMI!! This quaint house included all amenities-including an ample supply of towels (both bath and beach), pillows, and bedding…the heated pool and hot tub were a favorite. I was amazed and grateful for the well stocked closet full of pool toys, beach chairs, several umbrellas, and even a handy beach buggy to haul it to the beach! Vacationing made simple! The grill ran out of propane and the rental agency supplied a new tank very quickly. We rented bikes and the home is in a perfect location to ride all around safely-as we had bikers of all ages. I can only hope to vacation here again. If this home isn’t available, then I hope the next vacation rental equally compares with Mangos on Magnolia.

Best vacation in a long time. Our house was great. The pool was so nice after a long day at the beach. The beach was perfect, warm, clear water, little waves. We rented from Beach Bums and had paddle boards for 4 hours. It was the best. At night we relieved our sore backs with a dip in the hot spa. We were there after the high season, so a few places were closed but we still had the best time ever. Our grill ran out of gas and the property manager took care of it right away. We had the pool serviced while we were there and everything was kept so nice. Love the landscaping around the house and the pool. The house had everything we needed, beach chairs and umbrellas for the beach and a handy cart to wheel it back and forth. Thank you. I will be back for sure.

This property is in a great location for the beach, local restaurants, cafés and local stores. The pool is super and ideal for spending time around. The property is spacious for a family of four but would benefit from some updating to the bathrooms and especially the kitchen. I would consider staying here again because the location is perfect and at the centre of a wonderful place to spend a family holiday.

My family and I stayed for 11 nights in this perfectly placed home on Anna Maria Island! We found it to be far more spacious than it looks in the pictures with and additional bathroom downstairs for the pool. The house was warm and welcoming and clean upon arrival. I will say that the kitchen was not sufficiently equipped to cook for the allowed occupancy, so we had to acquire some dishes elsewhere. Three blocks to the Gulf and and three blocks to the Bay made for very easy access to lay in the sun or to fish from the pier. We rented bicycles which made our trips to the pier and beach much more fun. Three bedrooms and a separate area with the futon made it more like having four bedrooms with two extra rollaway beds tucked in the back of the house made it quite cozy for all eight of us. Working with Coastal Cottages AMI was extremely easy and pleasant. Due to the fact that they are located on the island, they were able to give a lot of good advice and information prior to our arrival. Our family is excited to return to the island next year!

The house is on the unspoiled north end of the island. A few minutes stroll to the beaches of the Gulf and Tampa Bay. A great location—walk to restaurants and Pine Avenue shopping. No need for a car with the free trolley that takes you all over the island. The house was very clean, open and airy with Wi-Fi and cable. The best part was the beautiful yard with pool and spa. Especially enjoyed evenings in the spa watching the stars. The house has a casual island feel and you feel right at home. It was a great value compared to others that I researched. Was a lovely surprise. Loved my stay and will definitely return.

This property is good value for money, however it needs some TLC . . . The location of this property is very good, you can safely walk to 4 good restaurants and 3 good bars, with what must be the the best breakfast venue on the corner of the street . . . The crockery, cutlery and towels were not clean when we arrived and did start the trip on a downer, we contacted the agent who arranged for a complete re-clean and also provided new towels. Good pool and hot tub.

Beautiful house and very close to the beach. Backyard area with pool and spa is tropical and relaxing. The town of Anna Maria is quiet, which is what we wanted but there are also several local bars and restaurants within walking distance when nightlife is in demand. Definitely visit Sand Bar for the sunset . . . spectacular! We loved staying here and did not want to leave. We were also impressed with Coastal Cottages. We had trouble heating the spa and someone from the office was at the house within minutes and the pool service fixed the problem within the hour. We will definitely visit AMI again.

The weather was bright, sunny and perfect! Some of the wonderful things we did were the pool and beach!! The pool and spa area is great. The kids spent hours in the backyard. The beach is the best we’ve ever visited. There are lots of pool toys for the kids to use. The house also has beach chairs and a beach umbrella to use. The house was perfect for our family. There was lots of room, a full kitchen, with all utensils and the backyard is a little piece of paradise. We’ll be back!!
